Welcome

As an avocation, I have been engaged with photography my entire adult life.  Since moving to Paris in 2012, I’ve devoted a large part of my free time to creating images inspired by my surroundings in Paris and the European continent as well as the United States. During these past 10 years, my photography has consisted almost exclusively on studying reflections. Whether they be in windshields, car bumpers, sides of trucks, storefronts, windows, water, rivers, ponds, puddles – even stainless steel kitchen utensils – I’ve had a fascination for the quality of the images when photographing architecture, nature, streetscapes, and abstract images indirectly.

The first photo collection I’m including here is the most recent: “WaterPhotoColorReflections” which represents the most refined of my reflection studies – enabling me to approximate the painterly style of the impressionists… giving the impression of abstraction of a very real scene.

In the coming months, I intend to bring on-line some of my earlier work that has already been exhibited.  Stay tuned and thank you for visiting!
